OFFICE ASSISTANT
Job describtion:
- coordinate with various staff for operational support activities of the organization; serve as a liaison between local office and HQ in the resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational issues
- provide administrative/secretarial support as answering telephones, assisting Country Manager and Sales Representatives in resolving a range of administrative problems and inquiries
- operate desktop computer to compose and edit correspondence, transcribe, compose, type, edit and distribute agendas and minutes of meetings upon Country Manager request
- schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, appointments, events and other similar activities for Country Manager, which also includes travel and lodging arrangements
- schedule and coordinate cycle meetings and workshops
- help in bookkeeping and payroll in the way to preparing and sending requested documents to bookkeeping company
- ensure the office is maintained and cleaned properly to keep professional working environment
- maintain contacts with distributors to ensure the status of stock and logistics
- assist to Country Manager and Sales Reps in the completion of reports
- maintain Customer service and support
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as an office assistant preferably at pharmaceutical or FMCG company
- Excellent communication and writing skills both in Czech and English
- Proficient with computer literate such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Power point and Internet
- Self-motivated person
- Experience with Customer Service Management
